Eagle box help

Sorry guys if posted in wrong section.

A friend of mines has got a old eagle 1000 Satelitte, traders trying to rip him off with renewal charge. Any one know how he can enter "gift " manually on his box via remote control?

If this is an Eagle 1000s then its an enigma1 box and so you will find the relevant data via ftp in the /var/etc folder look for the **cam.cfg file and enter your new 'Gift' there
