iveco bsi problem

hi,
i had to swap iveco's body coputer with an used one, so i proceed by swapping tssop 9532 wp eeprom, now i lost communcation with both bsi , no diag, no cranck, no windows, nothing, i see nec processor, is it crypted to the eeprom?i checked solder and was ok .
any help please?

i guess i damaged the body cmoputer when swapping eeprom, is there a solution??
