Is the algorithm available? Just changing byte 0x199 to 0XFE, every time for this model? My guess is that the password "12345" is masked in some location of the eeprom and byte 0x199 tell the mcu to use that.

I will try to attach a logic analyser to investigate further. :D

Hi, I need some help to remove prod from my radio. is a becker 6021 serial 21262961 and I used an arduino and tera term to read the eeprom. With the .log file I tried to convert it to a bin file (both attached), I am not sure if its correct. Can anyone help me to remove prod with these files?

Hey, finally the radio is successfully PROD OFF, but I installed it in my car and the settings (bass treble...) always RESET when I turn off the car. The car is a W203 and the radio installed before was a becker 6019. What is wrong? thanks again

What is the PROD MODE. It need to do something off the car radio, or it will solve on the radio. I've faced some issues to remove one electronic part from the mother board of the radio and the PROD mode will get off. Can you explain me if you want?
