2003 Infiniti FX45

I would like to adjust the mileage of a 2003 Infiniti FX45.

Originally it has 158728km and I would need 70779km.

I attached the original dumps (both the 8bit and 16bit, as I am not too sure which one is the correct.)

Please help me with this.
