Opel vivaro 1.9dti immo off

I have here one opel vivaro 1.9 dti year 2002.
Immo light as flashing and car don't work.
Its possible immo off on this car?

Info of car:

Opel vivaro 1.9 dti year 2002
Bosh ecu edc15c3 3 plugs.
I have eeprom 5p08c3.

Removed the immo chip, but still will not start.
I always have two lights flashing, the engine and the immo.
The light resistor fixed

That looks like the Renault magic number generator, am I wrong??? Hex for original emulator MCU or use PIC16f84. File is on DF. Easy enough to try either way.

Easy, when I posted my last post, I was just checking with the best search engine -> google what could be an emulator. I do not like having all the baby food on hand as you say :). Yes wanted to compare with other emulators who had researched.
