Vu+Duo V3 Original or Clone

Hi I have Vu+ Duo says V3 on rear, It's flashed with Vix 3.0_558 V2 but I cannot get Mgcam files on! Is there a better image or an update to do this, Everything works fine Channel wise FTA but need to put Files on via Mgcam any help please, unsure if original or clone so don't want to flash the wrong image or update!

Almost certainly a Ferrari clone but being v3 and not v3.2 means you will need to use patched images unless it has had the v3.2 bin update done. The are no clone killer images as yet so don't worry too much about trying some out. If bin file has not been updated you will have to stick with v2 clone images to get them to boot correctly. Just make sure you only use duo images and not solo, uno, ultimo, solo2 or duo2 images or you will be needing your rs232 cable to recover the dead box. Unfortunately we won't discuss cams on here so you won't really get much help on that part.
