BT box

friend just received a bt box which included a card for bt sports but when he first started up
he could watch sky sports 1 and 2 for 5 mins then went off
so my question is it possible to hack the bt bxo to get all channels if how, where can get it / get stuff to do myself

i really belive we shold all leave bt alone..they are a good honest company trying to be fair with there price... it that big company that we should bend over and and give it some... as they would love us all to do over bt.... like sky did to itv sports broke there code and made it public to everyone... bt are a good company and good honest prices not like sky
