Hi,
I am trying to install Esi 2013 (3 dvds mounted with magic iso) on to a KTS650 but keep getting message "Error 5, Failed to start setup.exe" I read online to uninstall all previous versions which I did but still nothing.
Has anyone else had this error?
I have the XP recovery dvd for the KTS650 and if given instructions I would format the drive & reinstall XP as I don't know how to do it on the diagnostic unit.
