Ford Focus Help Please

Hi All,
Got a ford focus 2008 model (diesel).
Keys for the car is lost aswell as the ecu is missing.
What can or must I do to get the car running again.

ford ids needed
a second hand ecu will work
program and then program keys
or buy second hand complete set

Where is the key data stored? Ecu or Immo box.
Anyone got a picture or part number for 2008 ecu.

think it's clocks and ecu
not sure complete set off flee bay
with fuse box keys about ?180-?250

key data is in dash mcu

key data stored in dash clocks, also ecu pairing codes - you will need ids and incode - outcode to program ecu and keys.

Please post a picture of your ford please.
I see you are from South Africa and for that reason you must be more precise of your focus model.
Also specify the engine type.
