I would like to know if it is possible to make immo off Simos PCR2.1, Vw Caddy. "all keys lost"

All keys lost, i dont know if is Id48 or T5,

Is ID48 CAN precoded on 7th bytes CS or VIN number (from dealer).
AVDI/Smok tool (xcan+keymaker)/etc can learn keys in this car.

I am sure that 12th byte not 7th:)
