Hi there
I have a 2003 AUM mk4 gti with the following modifications:

Stainless exhaust system
Audi tt injectors
4bar fuel pressure regulator
3" MAF
K03S HYBRID TURBO

The hybrid turbo has rs6 internals in it
Rs6 Compressor Wheel, Machined & Ported Compressor Cover, Uprated 360 Degree Thrust Bearing, Rs6 Turbine Wheel, Machined & Ported Turbine Housing, Standard Actuator.

Has anyone made an successful remap on one of these? Also what safe power gains will the car make?

You have to make tuning on the dyno! Impossible to calculating only using theory!!! Don't make experiments with your car. Find best tunner and the car on the dyno!

dyno is the only way .We cant figure out how your hybrid and mods work without Dyno figure and loggs .

this configuration will create problems...is not necessary 4 bar pressure regulator fuel but only calculate appropriate injectors (for power you need) and right estimate for new injection time, lambda, torque etc etc etc.
dyno is not necessary for regulation, you need dyno only to check your final work how much power develops

This is what I thought

Dyno is no real advantage. It can be done but needs a few passes with datalogs.

Tuning without actually measuring datalogging AFR . What a joke. Tuning with out a dyno is like stabbing an intruder in the dark

You will fail

sure you log on the road but road will not tell you the optimal mixture and spark adavance . Dyno will

Most of this forum is not about real tuning. It's about making a quick buck by guessing what the car needs and not actually giving it what it needs

The funniest thing I see on this forum is people looking at a tuned fuel map and saying whether it's good or not lol. You cannot see what the motor wants

People that own dynos , dataloggers and who are passionate about there work know this. The people making a quick buck tuned file ignore this fact so they can continue making money

Even two motors that are the same will not require the same injector time. There are too many differences in manufacturing , cam timing , cylinder sealing and injector flow rates.
