Volvo V50 - 30773786 - 9S12DG128 - internal error

Hello
I search good (tested) dump from FLASH and EEPROM for this sensor:
Volvo V50
Volvo nr: 30773786
Continental nr: 00405178A4

I test all soft founded on DK but without succes.
Car without crash.
I suspect error in flash software, thats i need good (tested) completely soft for this MCU (9S12DG128 mask 1L59W), i mean FLASH (2MB) and EEPROM.

Anybody help please.
