Ten years later!!! I forgot to report.

The solution didn't work :(, the customer was in a hurry so we reprogrammed a new key (he is always loosing keys and wanted us to disable the immo).

Anyway, lots of thanks.

Here you go.
But before you put ECU in the car you have to do something.
If the car has Immo box , you need to disconnect immo box and bypass K-line.
If car has immobilizer in dash , the you need to disconnect immo coil and take out transponders form key.
