Hi,
Someone towed to my workshop Ford C-MAX 2011 2.0d. Owner told that car won't start without reason. But that is a lie, because now I know that car was after crash, and he bring car to other garage to clear crash data from it. When I push him to told me truth, so it be very helpful to me to repair his car, he told me that car was stop cranking after clearing crash data" - according to his story right in the moment that clearing/deleting crash data was initiated car immidiatelly stop normally working (won't recognize keyles key, electric steering lock stop working, motor starter won't crank). I don't know how much truth is in his story but despite this I want to repair/run that car.
Now booth keyless entry keys are recognized by car correctly, start/stop ignition key work OK - it enabling/disabling ACC in car, and with ACC ON when I push clutch pedal (in PID data changes from 0% to 75%), I see that car temporally disable headlamps, and ACC klimate control as normal on cranking but nothing happens). Starter motor is ok - when I "short" pins on his relay i engine room box starter cranks). In BCMii module in PID section I see that module has permamently value of CRASH DATA TELEGRAM RECEIVED as YES/RECEIVED (in RCM there is no DTCs - i don't know how it was cleared bu that guys in garage whre car sop working but looks like his job was done ok, even if I phisically dettach RCM module from car - BCMii still receiving CRASH TELEGRAM). I don't have proper wiring diagram for 2011MY C-MAX, so I need help with delivering/sharing with me some info. It is possible, that steering lock circuit is connected with starting/cranking circuit? (I think it is possible, that if there is no valid state on stering lock then circuit for starter relay will be 'open" or something, or BCMii gives not validation for start/crankin (also there is no fuel pump work detected by me), because of CRASH TELEGRAM permamently received i suspected that there is inertia fuel shut off but after some search attempts i think there is no such thing). Could comeone gave me a hint or share wiring for PCM/starter and sterring lock for 2011 and up focus c-max 2.0d, please?

The car has been in a accident, so the CRASH DATA TELEGRAM has been sent by the airbag computer.
Looks to me this message is remembered until it is canceled by a valid NO CRASH message form the airbag computer.
If the airbag computer doesn't send the NO CRASH, it probably is because the crash erase was not done correctly.
I think you will need a new airbag computer for this one.

without RCM connected to the car there is also crash info - not as DTC code but as live data PID value. I think there is problem with steering lock - all 3 wires from sterring lock came to BCMii, so if BCMii not seeing proper state of ELV- not send unlock signal to PCM that controls starter relay. I still seking..

mayby Someone could help me sharing wiring diagram for 2011 C-MAX 2.0D 140PS for engine and BCMii, please?

Is it new shape C-max or old shape? If its new shape You can reuse module up to five time just reset with IDS You also resetting BCMII

its c-max in new shape, as I wrote before before, I have problem to solve with "no cranking", not with crash data. Car was towed to me as not working (not cranking/ even when I manually crank starter by "shorting" its relay - car won't start). I don't know how crash data was cleared by preccessor of mine who has car in his workhop for "clearing SRS malfunction lamp" ;). Owner told me that car was running - but as i said - I think that info may not be accurate - he prove that he is a liar (first he told that car was in tip top shape without crash at all and drop running without reason. When I digg deeper he told that car was crash in left (only curtain...) - but as I see deployment was done on booth sides of car, back bumper also was exchanged on "new one" - reapair was done very unprofessional. Every circuit/socket/wiring has traces of probing/soldering there is no at all original isolation tapes on wirings next to bcmii, pcm ecu, electric steering lock - who also doesn't work, wires from clutch pedal are repaired - car as I see will be used in car driving teaching school - so there are traces of second clutch and brake pedals set on passanger side - clutch signal going to bcmii... If clutch is Pressed full in PID from PCM I see 76%, unpressed 0% . In RCM and BCMii there is no DTCs of crash data stored - so there is no need to clear crash data from BCMii - As I saw there is no also such functionality for BCMii in toolbox.
