Help airbag VW VR6

Hello i have on garage VW Golf VR6 of year 1994. The car has airbag light on. I read faults codes with VCDS and are stored, Driver airbag resistence too high, Passenger resistence too high, and Power supply +12 too low. i try to clear fault codes and now Driver and passenger airbag resistence too high became. i try too unplug airbag and plug a 2,7kohm resistnece but the fault code became again...

I try to use measure blocks option but not have values on any channel...

Any sugestion??

Is posible to reflash that ecu?? is SIEMENS 5WK4 076 / 1H0 959 656

remove airbag unit of car, install +12V and 2,7 ohm (2,7 kohm is bad) in airbag driver and passenger, tested via OBD
when all ok so no problem, when diagnose write trouble so airbag unit defekt :(
