BMW ews/dde alignement

i have a 320D 150HP 2004
following a problem with ecu dde5 dead
I buy a new ecu but already coded
I have read the ews3 and eep in new dde
help me to align my new dde with ews
I have the icom to the syncro

Hello had a quick look.
Isn't it CAS3?
if it is CAS3 and not corrupt i read your DDE5 code out of CAS is 0E 01, But i think Synchro does not work anymore to many synchro attempts in CAS file.
You need to reset CAS file to new with editor.
If file is CAS and not corrupted you car should have automatic gear box.
