vw gol immo problem

Hi mates,
i have 2002 vw gol with lost key.I tried to program new key but i get the message(wrong pin code) which is correct (3451).
i think that immo is faulty.immo box has 93LC56 inside.please can you help to solve such a problem?

this immo it blocked with time you need to met ignition on 1 hour and try to leran key pin it correct
