JEEP 4.0L IMMO OFF

Hallo guys

Any one know how to immo off this ecu for jeep wrengler.
Immo box is Rockwell and remote is broken and no spare remote,worse thing is that dealer can not help on this one,cant supply new remote nor can they by pass this system.

What can be done to start this car then,can't tell customer to scrap it now can I.

Is it posible to modify it and put in a normal skim and transponder key
