hi guys

did a vw crafter earlier today

put the dash to 1234 with abritus and blocks sync

then did ezs with 9s12 progger, which i put my desired mileage in

went back into the abritus software and told dash to sync with ezs

it did this just fine

but now the dash has switched to KM
its showing the right value in km 173932
but i need it to display miles and show in miles 108100

any1 got any ideas as to how n why its changed over to km ?

its also now swapped the dials round to the mph is now going up as the revs and vice versa

i tried vcds and went to LT3 option and into dash
but no coding is open !!
was told i could change coding from germany to england to get it right

any help here greatly appreciated :)

ive put my dash dump up here as it is now showing KM

if some1 can show how to get back to km then pls help
or if they can edit the dump and repost pls

dash is 25LC640 read with my upa

thanks

I got the same problem after mileage change, so Monday I will try change coding with fvdi and let you know it works or no.

LOL your FVDI is the old software with this bug... :)

This bug is fixed for us original AVDI users, and they also fixed anyone who had this problem EEPROM... it pays to have original tools :D

Coding do not impossible change with FVDI (don't have this function) and with STAR C4 as well :) fault: A1 (Instrument cluster) - Faulty variant codding / Control units A1 (Instrument cluster) and (or) N30/4 (ESP control unit) are parameterized differently .

Good I save original eeprom file :) .

Think I will stick to Rosfar and UPA but that's me, anything for an easy life. Arthur.
