how to ascess my Home pc from another network

Give your home pc a fixed ip within your network and then set a dyndns address for the fixed ip you have just created exactly the same as you would if you wanted to access a home nas from outside your network. That is just one of many ways. I'm sure teamviewer also gives you the option for remote access as well which may be a little easier for you.

Correct google teamviewer. Then install on both pcs, one as client and one as remote, this is the easiest way, as aleady mentioned.
