scrambled channels accept on freeview

Hi All
I have had scrambled channels on all paid channels for the last few days and have updated today with most recent list but I still am having same problem with paid channels can anyone help please.

updating the channel list will not open $ channels

check if you know what is online...with the green tick at the end of it

Hi I had same problem not long ago. My box had deleted my settings from the ccam files etc. Just put my details back in sorted it for me.

Guess you already tried this?........reboot your router, wait till its fully rebooted and then reboot the box.
