I brought a Skybox F3 about 7 months ago, and it worked fine for all that time, but now won't boot up. The front panel just remains blank.

I have contacted the company I brought it from on eBay, and despite good feedback, they have not replied to me. Clearly they are not interested in repairing or replacing it.

Do Skybox F3's have a warranty, or am I just going to have to write this box off and buy another one?

Thanks for any advice.

Under UK law you have 12 months Guarantee on your product, If you are having trouble with the seller of the box then explore different avenues to resolve the problem ie: Ebay, Paypal, Trading Standards even your C.C company if payed that way
