Dump works, engine now running.
but key lamp is solid "on" and RPM accelerates very very slow when driving.
anyway, thanks for the dump.

Did some overtime to try your suggestion in pm, car starts but same solid key lamp and poor acceleration.

are you sure, that acceleration was better before? how i remember those cars, they just low on power by itself... now it is corrected only immo line and all engine configuration still the same.

Hi lexas,
The car died again ;)
Seems that it will run in just one day only.
The last dump result we did was key lamp solid on.
Engine runs but lumpy.
I agree with you, yes maybe car was already running lumpy before the immo problem.
Maybe some other DK bro have a remedy for this that they can share?
I am also expecting my new KKL which I am planning to use with Cascade software anytime this week.
I hope this will work coding a new key to the car.

hi,

i don't know if somebody already tried this one.
i accidentally discovered that removing the eeprom from the board will also start the engine.
engine will run without the eeprom, but key lamp is solid "on".
car runs ok too.
i just don't know if until when will this procedure last.

got my KKL and tested it with my actyon.
...... cannot communicate:stoned:.....
OFF TOPIC: (Cascade emmulator)
see http://www.digital-kaos.co.uk/forums/f154/cascade-0-9-3-free-368740/#post2094141
tested on Hyundai/Kia, Nissan Navara and it all works.
kinda good SUPER CHEAP tool except for Ssangyong.

Is it still runing without eeprom???
actually, i did not test it too long without the eeprom.
i just test it for a couple of minutes.
my last test was 2 days ago with attached eeprom and dump from what you have suggested to put (address 0490 and 0c90)
and just now, while putting back the ECU to assemble the car, .....it died again.

UPDATE:
Actyon IMMO OFF by elephantul and LEXAS both stops working after 3 to 4 days.
immo light flashes again after few days and engine no start.
i made 2 workaround with this problem.
first remedy, i use LEXAS dump, and "write 8C to status register". this puts the eeprom into write protect mode.
second remedy was to just remove the eeprom from the ECU.
car will start and run without the eeprom!!!
final:
i used the first remedy and car has been running fine for weeks now.
i also tried this procedures on my REXTON 270XDi and it also works
i hope this would help others with same problem.

I only have upa and xprog.
Only upa have this feature to write to status register.
I dont know if other programmers has this feature.

No need to ask for santa my friend,
1 car job is more than enough for a clone UPA.:top:
By the way, may i know what tool or software did you use for the immo off dump?
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

you are right, just it was enough to do job with tools that i have, but start interested in upa, because it has some interesting scripts and now you give some interesting info how to write to register. for ssangyoung i dont have any special tool or software. when i get first ssang start looking for information everywere. downloaded lots dumps from russian forums, start compare them and get some solutions, but strange thing. some cars driving with immo off nearly year, but some immo on again after couple days. cant understand why. so want to try your solution (thanks for that), and will order upa. but there is one tool, that can do good immo off for ssang without problem. its carman scan.

yes, i was planning to get Carman Scan, but it would take a lot of cars to buy this tool.:blue:
anyway, maybe someday i could be able to afford it.
meanwhile, i'll just have to work with my existing tools, and with DigitalKaos on my side.

i think if you post your dump here, lexas and elephantul would be happy to help.
and i also think that while your eeprom is out of the ecu because you are going to read the dump, then you might as well try to start the car without the eeprom.
if it starts, then why not try to drive it for a couple of miles while waiting for immo off file from lexas and elephantul ? i will be anxious to know the result running the car without the chip.
i only tested mine running around a block without the chip.
hope this helps...

"start lazy"
do you mean car has very poor power?
or accelerator do not work at all even when fully depressed?
have you disconnected the immo box connector? i think it should be disconnected.
if this doesn't work, then i think you should have your dump posted and ask some friends for immo off help.

Hello dear friends. The same problem I have with SsangYong ACTYON 2.0XDi 2006. year! Immo problem! ECU DELPHI A664 540 64 32.
EEPROM is masked and I read it as 95320. I tried starting the engine with removed EEPROM from ECU and the engine does not start and even the starter motor is not in use!
Please for damp and user immo off.

Hello dear friends!Big thanks Lexas for the help! The engine is started without immo box and everything is working properly but after one day of using again began to flash immo light and the engine will not start!Again, I programmed the damp of Lekas and activated write protection when entering content in the EPROM and the engine is re-started.Write protection is there and seeprog of Elnec. What do you think of the idea to do the activation and hardware write protection by connecting pin 3 to pin 4 of the EEPROM 95320?I think it would be so permanently and safely resolve the problem of the risk of re-entry!
Now I will test the car and I'll let you know!
