Use only first half of the file.
Dump size in 018BH is 512k not 1M

i look read via galleto a4 1,8T and he have 1mb.

Galletto is dummy device :joyous:
You select wrong protocol for 1Mb flash and read empty address space above 512k.
See your file - second half of dump is FFs...
In reality there is 29F400BB flash chip inside.

correct if you select 800 instead of 400 it will read normally......and you have a wrong 1024kbyte file :)
