BDM full for Peugeot 207 EDC 16c34

I need full bdm for edc 16c34, 0 281 013 868,the car is peugeot 207 1,6 HDI year 2007.

why do you need full bdm from another car as you the eeprom file should not have the good numbers of vin pin etc
the remote no longer works to unlock the engine ecu then it open only the doors ..

i can not download it,something is wrong,its look like some demaged adobe doc file,try to upload it again, and for "kennfeld"...i trying to reconstruct totaly demaged ecu from named car,i try to make it virgin and put on the car.
