Any ideas on how to read a S190 eeprom. Think it's an S-29190. I know it's rotated but get a false reading

Had 1 last week.i didn't see it listed on xprog and it's not listed on clone carprog either,my friend has original car Prog and it is listed on that,he sorted it,guys were telling me to move some pins on my EEPROM clip and read it as a 93c46 but I was a bit nervous as these are not an easy EEPROM to find a new replacement one for
