Help pls

Hi folks Im a new to this sort of stuff. I've completed setting up my vu+ duo, got my epg loaded and bouquets sorted. My problem is when I turn the power off/on it wont load up again (Stays on the VIX loading screen) i have to flash the system and start over again.

What am i doing wrong??
