engine simulator needed

i need a simulator to replicate cam and crank signal crank is sine wave 24-2 and needs to go to 13000rpm and a cam square wave but i don't have electronics expertise does anyone know of a commercial one available or have a diagram or can build one for me. i am willing to pay the going rate.

You choose a waveform, frequency, etc on you computer and it creates an output with that characteristics .

in the end i made this from an abs ring 1x rpm =2x crank + cam sensor in the middle with a speed controller works really well.229381

create signals in wav file with crank wheel pulser and send to ecu with a cable plug from pc, regards
