E39 BMW DME 7 ECU swap

I swapped 29f400 flash from old to new ecu but car is not starting and no comunication with ecu

Is swaping flash enough on these or do I need to do anything else?

Wiring is fine, I had the ecu in the car before worked on it and I could comunicate with it.

Ok so if there is eeprom there i should swap both eeprom and flash? i wil ldouble check right now and recheck my soldering

resolder your falsh sure bad contact

thanks for the help guys, I resoldered my flash and found sp08 eeprom so swapped that too and car started.
