Ford focus 1.6 no spark

I have a ecu 1m5f-12a650-bd
Ford Focus 1.6 petrol year 2002

The car had no spark on two cylinders, I replaced:
two 5503dm with 5401dm and 7101sb.

Now, the car has no spark on any cylinder.

Any idea?

Have you scoped the input signals to the transistors? Any fault codes?
