Disable EGR on Seat ibiza 1.4 16v please

Hi DK friends,

Can one of you help me with disabling/shutting the EGR electronically completely for this car ?

Here is the ecu-dump for the car :

The check-engine light is lit on the dashboard and vcds gave me this P-code :

17811 - EGR System
P1403 - 35-00 - Regulation Deviation
