bmw e46 3.0 petrol back lamda sensors remove

hi just removed cat's now need to reprogram ecu to avoid faults about lamdas how it is posible tools i have kess v2 bmw icom ecu ms45 or ms43 (car not in my garage yet)

any ideas? i have soft wich can do siemens msv and msd ecu's so mayby somewone have soft to do mss ms43
