2 Choices either buy the Official Wireless adaptor or get a set of Homeplugs which are far more reliable

As you have already been told Homeplugs are definately the way to go:

Trendnet TPL-308E2K 200 Mbps Mini Powerline Ethernet Adapter (Pack of 2): Amazon.co.uk: Computers & Accessories (http://www.amazon.co.uk/Trendnet-TPL-308E2K-Powerline-Ethernet-Adapter/dp/B00BIH8W40/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1381355863&sr=8-1&keywords=Trend+net)

I would go for homeplugs, I have an official wifi dongle which works fine with my f5 but has never worked with my f3, have never understood it as I have exactly the same set up on both boxes

If your using a 3G simcard router then there are available ones that have the standard 1/2 or 4 port Ethernet connections on the rear
