I took a look on those addresses... the same addresses are found by ECM... but I'm not sure they're correct. Values decrease too much in my opinion. Don't you think?

Yes - it looks strange, but it is only a driver wish. Limitation and so is the Smoke limiter and NM Conversion, so such an arrangement is acceptable.
