EDC16C34 fault P0409 after EGR OFF

Hello all,

In my car C4 1.6 hdi EGR is broken (electrical part),I did EGR off with hysteresis map and EGR temperature maps. In Lexia EGR value is 0, so it doesn't work. But i get P0409 error, witch means EGR learning.
How to disable P0409 fault?
I need some help/advice that change else in map because i want disconnect EGR valve.

I have exactly the same problem... Ok not really I need to remove p1613. If I find a solution,
I'll let you know.
