can not get rid of..................

got my stv4 box up and running like a dream but when i watch the movies there ia a audio subtitle if thats what it is called some one talking over the film tryed the menu but can not find anything to disable it can any one help please ...it is doing my head in lol:top:

got my stv4 box up and running like a dream but when i watch the movies there ia a audio subtitle if thats what it is called some one talking over the film tryed the menu but can not find anything to disable it can any one help please ...it is doing my head in lol:top: press 1 of the coloured buttons on remote when u get the right 1 u will get a box on screen scroll down 1 and ok it should be the red button the box should say audio then undreneath 1 english 2 english
