you need tool id and another id
you should also need the pr?vious owners autorisation that he seed the ownership to you then you need to pay a fee for owner's modification
without the owner autorisation you can put it in trash or sell it for parts for somebody that have one with hardware break

if you buy it over judiciar way with auction and the owner is not happy with price that they got from it i think you can forget the autorisation
to stop working after subscription so ... no update no work possible if you want me to ask cmd you can send details in pm
