How to bench connect siemens Fenix 5 ECU Hyundai Coupe 2.0?

I have one of these units here and would like to bench read, but i can't find schema to connect it.

Does anybody know how to?

I don't know, haven't opened ecu's case.

But is it important for the pinout of the ecu to bench read/write it?

You have to open, remove gel and desolder memory for programming with external programmer.
