I think this is a rotated chip . We're you aware of this .?

Yes was aware. Looked at all data sheets. Is very similar to 93c46 but definitely reads different. Top lines stay the same and bottom lines read different every read. Using Enigma, Elprosys, UPA and carprog and pulling my hair out. Tried adding resistors still no joy
Any help would be appreciated

Hi. I have s 29190 programme but it only reads and writes top line. The rest of a file changes on every read. Think its a PC 88 2007.
