Lancia lybra flash

Hi all,

i am trying to repair a Lancia lybra 1.9JTD from 2000. Someone tried to tune up and the ecu got broken.
Does anyone have an original flash file so i can try it please.
ECU is bosch 0281010002 with 29F400 flash.
