Eat lots of chicken rice and pasta and eggs. But have 6 meals a day when training instead of your normal 3. And use weight gain powders on top of that.

Big guys all use roids no matter what they tell you

Take no notice of adverts and suplements only 2 are scientifically proven to work protein and creatine but dont expect much more than nominal gains from it

Food= Energy

Too much food creates energy surplus which means you put on weight

If your not putting on weight your not eating enough, its that simple. A calorie surplus will always put on weight

Chicken, brown rice and brocolli boring but good

Steak contains quite a bit of creatine in it.

How about some Elvis sandwiches, at about 1500 calories each?

...or more if fried in bacon fat like his mum used to make them.

If you aren't growing, the solution is simple - get in more calories. What's the easiest way to bump your calorie intake through the roof? Double up on all your servings. For example, if you're having one chicken breast for dinner, from now on, make that two.

Toasting a slice of bread for breakfast? Double that as well. This takes all the thinking out of it for you. Whenever possible just aim to eat twice as much as you normally would to double your calorie intake. Since you have to prepare the food anyway, it's not really any extra effort to prepare twice as much. :D :D

Natural peanut butter is packed with protein and fats, making it a great choice for people trying to gain weight the healthy way. One tablespoon contains around 100 calories and has 4 grams of protein. Real peanut butter is also high in folate, magnesium, vitamin E, and vitamin B3.

There is traditional remedy which has been used for long time.. You only need milk and dates for that..Soak the handful of dates in milk and keep it in the refrigerator over night and eat in the morning..You will be able to see visible change within a month

Actually, I reckon that after twenty years of research into the matter, one portion of wedding cake should be sufficient to kick-start weight gain provided you are the bride or groom. Seems to work better for the female of the species. Once eaten, the bride or groom seems to gain weight without any problems.

I usually try to consume more calories food while I'm working on gaining weight program. However, to gain muscle weight is not the same as to just gain more fat... I usually add milk, rice, nuts and nut buttersred meats, potatoes and starches salmon and oily fish, protein supplements to my ration. Also, while I was training on thehttps://betterme.world/articles/taking-a-week-off-from-lifting/ (https://betterme.world/articles/taking-a-week-off-from-lifting/) program, I made protein smoothies that give calories and help to build muscles as well.

If you want to gain weight, the most important thing is to increase the number of meals. If you exceed your daily calorie intake, you are already gaining weight. Measure your basal metabolic rate and calculate calories accordingly.:watermelon:
