Read it again mate .. in both 8 and 16 bit .. dump does not look quite right

Clean the legs of the prom or remove from the pcb to read. The dump as PremierD says is not right and this is evident from the first 2 lines alone.

I READ IT 10 times on upa on x prom and on carprog the file is the same
