Can anyone tell me if its possible to just swap eeprom on this as it has the common faults of bad ugh

Sometimes no wipers

Sometimes no indicators

Chatters from passenger footwell ( uch location)

And has not started a couple of times but did after lock/unlock

Maybe its possible. Try to swap and read pin code of original eeprom 93c66.
I tried to Megane Scenic UCBIC (HC05) and works.

yes changing 93c66 will 100% allow you to use another uch, you need to make sure n- number matches or some functions may not work

yes you can, em factory cars are fitted with three types of uch n1 n2 n3, but after selling one type is sold, the n3
in your case you can mount a n2 n3 or just changing the eprom 93c66,

The donor uch is from a good car
