I wanted to purchase Codiprog 2 as an eraser but its got bad reviews . I dont know where I can got Codiprog1 ,is this the same copy form chinese

In D80DOWQ I remove the jumper 2 press the button the blue LED, 2 flashes once, and then is always blue and does not erase anything gets blocked. Someone to help me?
