lets share regen issues. hopefully we can all share/advise.

dd15 regen issue. when dising starts to occur. fuel starts dripping out of S pipe clamp into flex pipe and white smke occurs underneath cab due to fuel leaks. items replaced-- doser valve, doser block. removed doser block and ran regen no smoking. again smoking and leaking occurs only after fuel cut-off valve opens and starts dosing. any ideas... Thank You

Sounds like the port where the doser valve is carboned up. Remove the doser valve(injector) from the block, take something and poke as far as you can in the hole, clean it all out, use brake clean and compressed air, reinstall injector, and run the test again. The port where the fuel is injected in the turbo outlet pipe gets very plugged up sometimes, I see this all the time. Typically you get low regen temp faults also.

Monitor your doser fuel line pressure when the cut off valve opens, Fuel comp pressure should be around 82-92 psi, and dosing fuel pressure should not exceed 45 psi. There sometimes is a graphite gasket that goes under the s-pipe flange also.

Yea It Was Plugged . And Cleaned .Doser Inj. Was Changed. Then Installed A Gasket On Lower S Pipe . Doser Line Pressure Was Good 16 To 26 psi . Also Replaced Doser.Block.. Problem IS Fluid Leaks At Lower S Pipe Clamp. And Clamp And Mating Surface Is Flush. Also AKnown Good Doc Was Installed .Wat I Did Notice Is Someone Had Installed A Old Style Flex Pipe Instead Of A NewStyleFlex Due To Price . Maybe . The Flex, Has To Do With The Flow If Fuel.

I just now got your log files, give me some time to review them if you havnt already fixed the truck, I have been super busy lately repairing computers and laptops
