I have a doubt with Psa mileage correction, when we reinstall BSI with km reset and Dash with kilometers changed, what we need to install first?

I read some post about is, and i don't know if this is truth... also i read about wait for 10 minuts before Start Engine to autosynch Dash with BSI.
