yes you can get jsc+1 to 4 sd on a 60-70cm dish on eutelsat hotbird@13east but for HD1 to HD6 on eutelsat7WA@7.3west you need a minimum of a quality(CM/GIBERTINI) 1.2m dish down south but a 1.5/1.8m for up north/west ect for all weather reception,regards mdt
