hi guy seem every time epg updates i loose all pay channels, and hard drive runs continuosly and have to do a restart, this is startin to do my head in, please help.

might be best to state what firmware is on box,there has been problems with epg for a number of people,running vix/bh or other.
what provider cross/or xmtv are you choosing ?
