Mercedes W203 Radio problem

Hello guys.
I get MB W203 2005 witch Radio with navigation is powered on even if u take key out. But screen is illuminated and waiting on CD/DVD fir navigation. But if you wanna power on or off does not respond.
Costumer sad that on this car was ECU changed. Now is it possible that ECU and Radio is not sync or is some other problem ? Radio don't work .... If you wanna power it down you must took out fuse under the hood ...
Anyone have that problem ?

Well I yust wanna know if carradio is somehow connected with ECU code .... or with EIS .... So i can adapt if that is a problem ... I have Txt logs from Abrites if you take a look ... there are some DTCs please check :)

B1101 CAN bus OFF
90D1 CAN reception timeout: N93 (Central gateway control unit) . Do not replace control module OCP. Continue troubleshooting in control unit CGW.
90D0 CAN reception timeout: N73 (EIS [EZS] control unit) . Do not replace control module OCP. Continue troubleshooting in control unit EZS.


and after delete what remain?
first you must solve can bus problems after you can deal with radio

remove radio and delete and read errors, if you still have the CAN BUS error must find the problem, check wire, can bus connector
