OPEL ASTRA H 2005 1.9CDTI

Motor type: Z19DTJ
I try modify me self, but with my file to much smoke.
Atached original and modifed (bad). Volta make also incorect.

Volta search good area of egr hysteresis, but the question is, is there one or more coding in map, betere read by BDM, and do all coding, next you must disable all dtc from egr ( P040x) from all coding, and second take a look to EGR valve is it close or its blocked and can't be closed. that is good egr off

volta, works well in that ecu BDM , tested several times and everything ok. greeting

BDM is not necessary by obd volta also works well

BDM is only necessary on 150ps 1.9cdti engines as active maps are in other block in flash which is not read by obd
